Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Freight Operations.
• Good knowledge of International Trade and freight forwarding processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop business through cold calling and meeting new prospects.
• Hunt for Import and Export shipment prospects.
• Prepare Quotations and negotiate rates with hauliers.
• Follow up on Quotation status with customers.
• Co-ordinate with Customer Service and Operations Team.
• Responsible for sales goals, KPIs, and account receivables.
• Maintain customer relationships.
