Qualifications

• Experienced in dealing with progressive billing, taxation, and lease management, preferably in construction.
• CA or ACCA registration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with and summarize monthly financial closings and forecasts.
• Prepare accurate forecasts and propose corrective actions.
• Manage consolidation of monthly forecasts with commentary on variances.
• Develop management reports and presentations for strategic decisions.
• Provide administrative support to management and follow up on action items.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks to support the Business Planning Department.
