You will assist in preparing financial models and presentations for senior management decisions. The ideal candidate is a Chartered Accountant with a degree in finance or relevant discipline and at least 3 years of experience, preferably in real estate or financial services. Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant with relevant degree.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for forecasting and budgeting at the Group level.
• Prepare rolling forecast P&L and variance analysis.
• Assist in preparing Board slides and presentation materials.
