Job summary

LHN Group Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead the Finance Department, report to the CFO, and drive the group’s financial strategy and reporting accuracy. You will oversee consolidation, cash flow, budgets and forecasts, ensure SGX Mainboard compliance, mentor the team, and streamline processes to strengthen internal controls and timely decision making.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, CPA/CA preferred, and a minimum of 10 years in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; CPA/CA an advantage.
• Minimum 10 years' experience as Financial Controller in a Mainboard listed company.
• Familiar with SGX Main Board regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills to work with stakeholders.
• Ability to manage time-tight projects with drive and dedication.
• Strong technical accounting and analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the CFO and support financial strategy and decision-making.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Finance Department.
• Ensure timely preparation of financial reports, consolidation, cash flow, budgets and forecasts.
• Liaise with auditors, bankers and tax consultants on audits and compliance.
• Streamline accounting processes to improve efficiency and controls.
• Prepare and present financial analyses to Group stakeholders and the Board.
• Ensure SGX Main Board listing rules compliance in financial reporting.
• Lead, manage and mentor the Finance team for high performance and development.
• Oversee training and capability building within Finance.
• Undertake ad-hoc assignments or projects as required.
