Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Financial Controller in a Mainboard-listed company.
• Familiarity with SGX Main Board regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a finance team.

Responsibilities

• Support the CFO in financial strategy and decision-making.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Finance Department.
• Ensure timely preparation of financial reports and compliance.
• Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants.
