Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a finance-focused analyst to drive planning, forecasting and business performance analysis. You will consolidate data from regions, prepare monthly area forecasts by country and support month-end close with accurate reporting.

The role requires a finance/business background, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and the ability to handle large data sets while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Based at Bugis with a 12-month contract.

Responsibilities

• Financial Planning & Forecasting across budgets and long-range plans.
• Analyze variances and provide explanations and recommendations.
• Support monthly reporting, forecasting, and close activities.
• Collaborate with commercial, operations and cross-country teams.
• Extract and analyze data from SAP and TM1 for planning.
