About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical, strategic, and partnership-oriented finance professional to join our Strategic Finance team. This role will lead and execute finance projects that drive finance efficiency, improve decision-making, and support long-term strategic initiatives. You will collaborate cross-functionally with business leaders and operational teams to ensure financial excellence and alignment with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and refine strategic financial models to support initiatives such as transfer pricing setup change, new operating steering model, major company establishment/investment, strategic financial planning and finance ERP transformation projects, etc.
- Produce high-quality presentations and decision-support materials to inform senior leadership on trade-offs, risks and opportunities.
- Influence stakeholders across the organization, especially stakeholders in our head office in Sweden and our organization in China — translating financial findings into business-friendly insights and recommendations.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and evolving business models in the AI/tech space, advising on their financial implications.
- Actively participate in the company’s finance-transformation program, working with transformation leads to streamline and modernize finance processes, and making sure different ERP’s will cater our financial and business models, and help drive change management across the finance organization.
- Lead ad-hoc analyses on different strategic finance topics.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
- Over 10 years of experience in finance from large multi-national companies, of which at least 5 years in a strategic finance role on group level.
- Proven experience managing and executing cross-functional projects; ability to influence without direct authority.
- Strong business acumen and comfort navigating ambiguity; ability to balance strategic thinking with operational rigor.
- Exceptional communication skills — ability to distil financial & strategic concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
