Job summary

MCI CAREER SERVICES PTE. LTD. invites a seasoned Finance Leader to oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for a busy food/fast-moving environment in Singapore. You will drive cost control, working capital management and robust internal controls while partnering with senior management on strategic initiatives.

Your team will include the Finance function; you will coach and develop staff, streamline processes, and ensure timely, accurate financial information for decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA preferred.
• 8+ years in finance with at least 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and management reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including financial modelling and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and financial planning with Management and departments.
• Oversee accounts payable, GL and payroll-related entries; ensure accuracy and policy compliance.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly financial reports and provide insights to Management.
• Monitor cash flow and working capital; support funding and liquidity planning.
• Establish and maintain internal controls; support audits and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with senior management to evaluate new business opportunities and risks.
• Lead and develop the Finance team; promote a culture of continuous improvement.
