You will establish robust financial controls, manage the annual budget, fund operations, and coordinate with banks, tax authorities, and external partners, while safeguarding shareholder value.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Financial Management, or related field.
CPA or ACCA certification is preferred.
Experience in management within multinational corporations (MNCs) or joint ventures is preferred.
More than five years of experience working in one of the Big Four accounting firms is preferred.

Responsibilities

Fully responsible for the financial management of the joint venture, including strategic finance, financial analysis, financial accounting, daily financial management, and tax planning;
Establish a sound financial management system and exercise overall control over the daily management of the finance department, annual budget, and fund operations;
Coordinate the relationship between the joint venture and banks, tax authorities, and other government departments, as well as with external partner companies;
Properly coordinate and manage relationships between the joint venture and its shareholders and related parties to maximize shareholder interests.
