A leading FMCG company in Singapore is seeking a Finance & IT Director to drive the company's financial agenda and strategy. The role involves supporting the GM in P&L management, enhancing business partnerships, and strengthening compliance. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Finance & Accounting, be a qualified Accountant with a minimum of 10 years in finance, including 5 years in senior management. This position requires strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to lead high-performance teams.

Qualifications

• Min 10 years' finance and accounting experience in FMCG, with 5 years at senior management level.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Strong ability to translate data into meaningful analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support GM in driving the P&L and creating value.
• Lead financial strategy and coordinate with departments.
• Enhance business partnering to support objectives.
• Strengthen control environment and oversee compliance.
• Develop IT roadmap in partnership with Head of IT.
• Manage the finance and IT teams.
