Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking an Executive Assistant cum HR professional to support the Director. The role requires 5+ years of experience in office management and HR, along with strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws. Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in office management, HR administration, or executive secretary roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and payroll processes.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary strategic partner to the Director, optimizing their schedule.
  • Act as the key representative and gatekeeper for the Director's office.
  • Prepare and polish executive-level communications for high-stakes meetings.
  • Orchestrate all aspects of board meetings and corporate functions.
  • Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues to ensure seamless operations.
  • Manage special projects and confidential assignments with discretion.
