Responsibilities

• Plan deployment of new and emerging energy technologies in Singapore.
• Oversee tech planning efforts including supply, grid infrastructure and energy storage.
• Scan and assess new energy tech prospects and their commercial viability.
• Collaborate with other technology branches on in-depth tech studies.
• Assess new concepts of operations enabled by emerging energy techs.
• Setup and refresh technology prioritisation frameworks to guide plans.
• Coordinate R&D efforts across EMA and researchers.
