Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts regarding planning, delivery and supply issues.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally, ensuring fast resolution and high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with various teams to manage demand changes.
• Analyse material flow and utilise production scheduling techniques.
• Partner with logistics, warehouse, and production teams.
• Manage inventory to ensure compliance with safety stock targets.
• Coordinate with inter-departments to resolve planning and shipment-related issues.
