Job summary

You will drive governance, implement data-driven processes and tools, and lead change across international teams for client delivery and internal reporting.

The role requires 3+ years in consulting or operations, strong stakeholder skills, and an interest in AI and analytics. Competitive compensation and international exposure are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical discipline.
• 3+ years’ experience in consulting or business operations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; translate requirements into solutions.
• A proactive, collaborative team player with change leadership.
• Interest in data, technology and emerging AI tools; willingness to experiment.

Responsibilities

• Utilise software tools to improve client project delivery efficiency, including data scraping and warehousing.
• Leverage BI tools to support reporting, analytics for client delivery, marketing and internal reporting.
• Establish data governance protocols for data asset accuracy and completeness.
• Leverage AI tools to continuously improve data reporting and analytics.
• Oversee implementation of new data-driven processes and drive adoption across teams.
• Manage data-led projects with international, cross-functional teams.
• Serve as liaison between client-facing units and leadership.
