Job summary

Liberty Specialty Markets is seeking a Business Data Architect to own and deliver end-to-end data flow maps, lineage documentation and data landscape views for Programme Bedrock and the APAC Data Strategy. You will translate consolidated data requirements across 2,600+ fields into a validated, product-level view of source data, data movement, and hydration needs.

The role requires strong stakeholder engagement across Underwriting, Claims, Finance and IT to drive audit-ready, decision-ready

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data architecture, modelling or information architecture roles.
• Experience documenting data flows, lineage or landscapes across multi-market environments.
• Insurance/Financial Services background with data foundation, data lake or governance exposure.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end data flow maps from market sources to consumption zones.
• Document data lineage and transformations for critical data elements.
• Map data availability by country/Data Lake against product hierarchy and profitability.
• Own and mature the data asset inventory, catalogue and dictionary.
• Validate cross-system dependencies and data residency/regulatory considerations.
