Job summary

A global hospitality company in Singapore is seeking a candidate to manage corporate accounts. The role involves handling enquiries, soliciting new business, and following up on sales leads. You will work closely with regional teams to identify opportunities and drive business objectives. Successful candidates will excel in communication, management, and customer service. Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred, and the ability to conduct site inspections is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Handle enquiries and attend to needs of the corporate accounts.
  • Solicit RFP account locally or globally and leverage on GSO’s assistance.
  • Liaise with Regional Sales Offices to identify any opportunities.
  • Source for new accounts and service existing accounts.
  • Investigate / follow-up on all major sales leads.
  • Study, evaluate and propose improvement for sales opportunities.
  • Responsible for driving and achieving business objectives.
  • Conduct site inspection.
  • Manage daily and after-sales follow up.
