Job description

• Oversee all commercial activities of engineering projects from tendering to project closure.
• Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts, proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
• Manage project costing, budgeting, and financial forecasting to ensure profitability.
• Coordinate with project, procurement, and technical teams to ensure commercial compliance.
• Evaluate and mitigate commercial and contractual risks.
• Develop pricing strategies and ensure competitive yet profitable bidding.
• Manage vendor, subcontractor, and client commercial relationships.
• Ensure all commercial documentation and records are accurate and updated.
• Monitor project performance and advise management on financial impacts or variations.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and company commercial policies.
