Aspire is building the financial operating system for growth-stage businesses across APAC. In this role, you will lead the founding commercial presence for our cash management segment, defining the go-to-market for high-growth mid-market companies.

You will bring transaction banking expertise from an institutional background, shaping a credible, product-literate approach and partnering closely with Product to evolve the cash management offering.

Formación

• 7+ years in transaction banking, cash management, or corporate banking.
• Proven ability to acquire and grow corporate relationships in cash management and liquidity.
• Fluency across transaction banking products including multi-currency accounts and FX.
• Comfort selling to CFOs and finance leaders in a consultative motion.

Responsabilidades

• Pioneer new-logo acquisition for mid-market accounts in APAC across HK and China.
• Perform deep discovery into treasury and cash management pain points.
• Position Aspire as the modern alternative to incumbent banks.
• Build relationships with CFOs, Finance Directors, and Treasury leaders.
• Partner with Product to feed market requirements into the cash management roadmap.
• Educate GTM, marketing, and leadership on how this segment buys and values us.
