The role focuses on client leadership, technical excellence, and developing a capable audit team to deliver top-tier assurance services. Ideal candidates will have 10+ years in audit, with CA/CPA/ACCA qualifications, and proven leadership experience within public accounting or corporate services.

Qualifications

• Recognized accounting qualification (CA/CPA/ACCA) required.
• Minimum 10 years of audit experience.
• Experience in a public accounting or corporate services firm essential.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent client management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage audit engagements for varied clients.
• Advise clients on regulatory, financial reporting and risk matters.
• Oversee quality assurance and technical excellence across engagements.
• Develop and strengthen client relationships and contribute to growth.
• Mentor audit teams and ensure efficient workflows and high-quality deliverables.
• Stay updated on financial regulations and accounting standards.
