Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Receive and implement instructions from management or operations supervisors.
  2. Manage receiving, unloading, and shelving of supplies.
  3. Coordinate and follow up on spare parts for delivery or collection.
  4. Maintain accurate records of receipts, stockroom inventory, and withdrawals.
  5. Inspect deliveries for discrepancies and damages, reporting issues to relevant personnel for reimbursement and record-keeping.
  6. Oversee store operations, tools, and activities.
  7. Provide procedural guidance and resolve issues related to receipts, deliveries, warranties, repairs, and surplus supplies.
  8. Prepare monthly stock reports, conduct inventory counts, and submit Stock Movements/Inventory Stock Take Reports.
  9. Ensure timely and accurate updates of computer records, providing real-time stock status feedback.
  10. Verify withdrawal documentation prior to issuing stock.
  11. Manage receipt and issuance of materials for stock and project purposes.
  12. Initiate Materials Requisition Forms for management approval when stock levels require replenishment.
  13. Optimize workflow sequencing to meet productivity and delivery targets.
  14. Oversee daily maintenance of machinery, tools, and factory housekeeping.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by the company.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of Supervisory experience
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and structural drawings.
  • Proficient in computer systems and software applications, basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Physically capable of lifting heavy goods
  • Ability to work on rotating shifts, 5 days per week, with occasional overtime (including weekends and public holidays) if need.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse environment is desirable
