Job summary

GREEN OCEAN MARINE & ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Store Inventory Clerk to support daily operations, ensure stock accuracy, and assist in cash handling.

You will manage incoming materials, distribute and maintain stock at all times, and maintain optimal stock levels with accurate records. • Manage store inventory and cash handling as part of daily operations.
• Receive, distribute and maintain adequate stock levels at all times.
• Maintain optimal stock levels and accurate stock records.
• Keep stock and consumption records up to date.
• Inspect incoming materials for quality against invoices and packing slips.
• Make notes on receipt of items against each invoice.
• Keep and update records of goods received and issued.
• Prepare and submit monthly stock reports and expenditure reports.
• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.
