KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Inventory Management - Tracking stock levels, conducting cycle counts and full inventory audits, reconciling discrepancies, and managing stock movements.
- Receiving and Storing Goods - Inspecting incoming shipments against purchase orders, unpacking items, and storing them in designated locations.
- Order Fulfillment - Picking, packing, and preparing orders for customers and ensuring accuracy.
- Record Keeping - Maintaining accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and all relevant transactions using inventory management software.
- Warehouse Organization - Keeping the storage area clean, organized, and safe by maintaining proper storage procedures and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Quality Control - Checking for damages or discrepancies in incoming merchandise before it is stored.
- Communication, Teamwork & Sharing of Tasks - Coordinating with other staff, sharing tasks, and potentially training new employees in store procedures and merchandise handling.
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Forklift license preferred (if required).
Language
- Ability to converse in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Organization & Attention to Detail
- Crucial for maintaining accurate records and a well-organized stockroom.
Physical Stamina
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects when receiving and storing goods.
