Job Description

• Receive deliveries and ensure appropriate storage location of goods
• Receive incoming shipments and deliveries and verify for accuracy of quantity and quality
• Sort goods items according to their type.
• Plan and arrange to clean and appropriate place for storage.
• Preparation and handling of day-to-day documents for delivery and receiving of goods
• Understand delivery instructions from director and packing requirements by customers
• Make sure that all items are stored and rotated properly following First In, First Out (FIFO) method
• Label packaged food items appropriately and perform checking of product labels
• Monitor quality and quantity of goods items. Inspecting stock items for defects and report to management.
• Responsible for the incoming and outgoing raw materials and trading goods and outgoing finished products
• Monitor, count and record Inventories. Maintain proper documentations and pictures of inventory records
• Involved in stock count.
• Ready to deliver good, in case of emergency
• Cleaning and maintaining equipment, supplies, storage areas accordingly to safety regulations
• Any other assigned duties as directed by the supervisor

Job Requirements

• At least 4-6 Year(s) of working experience as a team lead/store supervisor in retail industry
• Service oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good Team player
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work retail hours (rotating shift, weekends and public holidays)
• Computer and Photoshop Literacy

Working Hours

• 6 days a week
• Working hour : 8am-5pm
