Job summary
A logistics support company in Singapore is seeking a candidate with a mechanical background for store operations. Responsibilities include communicating with users, checking incoming parts, and maintaining store organization. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential. Qualifications
- Minimum education requirement: Nitec or higher in mechanical.
- Experience in logistics or warehouse preferred.
- Strong attitude towards work is essential.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with users on part withdrawal or dispatch.
- Check incoming new spare parts.
- Report spare part issues to supervisor.
- Maintain the store 5S, including stock-take activities.

Job Responsibilities
- Communicate with users on part withdrawal or dispatch from store.
- Check incoming new spare parts to receiving store.
- Report to supervisor on spare part issues.
- Work with store team and internal purchaser for inquiries regarding spare parts status in the store.
- Send spare part withdrawal report to the department by requirement.
- Maintain the store 5S, including stock‑take activities.
Job Requirements
- Min. Nitec and above with mechanical background.
- Reliable and positive work attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
- General store documentation experience is a plus.
- Prior experience in logistics / warehouse is an added advantage.
- Working hours: 8am to 5.30pm (Mon to Thu), 8am to 5pm (Friday).
