Job summary

A leading retail company in Singapore seeks an experienced Store Manager to drive sales and ensure a premium customer experience. The ideal candidate should have 5–8 years of retail management experience, including 2–3 years in a managerial role at a luxury or lifestyle retail brand. Knowledge of Cordyceps and traditional herbs is essential. This role offers a dynamic work environment with a focus on team leadership and operational excellence.

Job description

Location: Marina Bay Sand

Working hour: Retail hours

Duties:

1. Drive store sales targets, KPIs, and profitability
2. Deliver a premium customer experience and uphold brand standards
3. Lead, train, and manage a high-performing retail team
4. Oversee daily store operations, inventory, cash handling, and rostering
5. Ensure compliance with SOPs and regulations
6. Coordinate with HQ on reporting and operational matters

Requirement:

• Minimum 5–8 years of retail experience, with at least 2–3 years in a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager role
• Prior experience in premium, luxury, wellness, beauty, or lifestyle retail is highly preferred
• Must have hands‑on experience and working knowledge of Cordyceps and traditional herbs (e.g. traditional Chinese herbs or herbal wellness products), with the ability to confidently explain benefits, usage, and quality differences to customers
