A leading watch company in Singapore is seeking an experienced Retail Manager to lead the retail team in achieving sales and service targets. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of retail management experience, strong leadership skills, and a customer-focused attitude. This role requires flexibility to work weekends and holidays. Strong communication and people management abilities are a must.
