Provide regular on-the-job coaching and training on product knowledge, selling techniques, customer service, beauty techs consultation skills, and service and make-up skills

Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for coaching and developing team members through ongoing training in product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service, and makeup application.
  • Conducts regular store visits to evaluate performance and provide personalized feedback.
  • Assess individual learning needs and tailors coaching to strengthen team capabilities.
  • Leads group workshops for product launches, brand initiatives, and seasonal promotions.
  • Sets and monitors sales targets to drive team motivation and performance.
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with retail partners to support collaboration and successful event execution. Plans and oversees in-store events to increase customer engagement and sales performance.
  • Manages administrative tasks, including tracking sales data, reporting progress, handling budgets, and addressing brand app and customer inquiries.
Job Requirements
  • At least 3 years' experience in cosmetic sales or training, ideally within a luxury brand setting.
  • Consistently meets and exceeds sales targets while delivering ecustomer experiences.
  • Skilled in coaching, mentoring, and motivating team members for professional growth.
  • Proficient in makeup artistry, with strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, travel frequently, and proficient in Microsoft Office.
