Job Responsibilities
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing stock movements within the office and stores, including deliveries, transfers, returns, destocking, and display adjustments.
  • Monitor inventory levels and provide updates on product availability, focusing on preventing stock shortages or overstocking.
  • Oversee inventory control, cycle counts, and warehouse coordination, including scanning and system operations, while investigating and resolving stock discrepancies.
  • Prepare and generate stock reports for management review.
  • Perform any additional store administration tasks as required.
Job Requirements
  • Experience in warehouse operations or store administration within the retail, logistics, or related sectors.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage daily operations independently.
  • A strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in English, with the ability to coordinate effectively across teams.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and general computer systems.
