Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Stewarding team.
  • Collaborate closely with the Stewarding Manager and Chief Steward.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of hotel-related information.
  • Monitor and manage the calendars of the Stewarding Manager and Chief Steward.
  • Track and file documents systematically.
  • Organize the workstation to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Handle requisitions and track purchases.
  • Process expense claims, including medical and optical reimbursements.
  • Support Human Resources-related activities and documentation.
  • Manage casual labour requisitions and approvals.
  • Oversee and manage the Stewarding outsourced contract.
  • Oversee and manage the Stewarding Inventory.
  • Collaborate with the Learning and Development team for training programs.
Job description
JOB OVERVIEW
  1. Provide administrative support to the Stewarding team, ensuring all tasks are completed on time.
  2. Collaborate closely with the Stewarding Manager and Chief Steward to uphold Ritz‑Carlton standards and establish operational benchmarks.
  3. Maintain confidentiality and security of hotel-related information, including correspondence, reports, and files.
  4. Monitor and manage the calendars of the Stewarding Manager and Chief Steward.
  5. Track, trace, and file documents systematically.
  6. Organize the workstation and consistently prioritize tasks to ensure daily objectives are met efficiently.
  7. Handle requisitions and track purchases, including CAPEX items.
  8. Process expense claims, including medical and optical reimbursements.
  9. Support Human Resources-related activities and documentation.
  10. Manage casual labour requisitions and approvals.
  11. Oversee and manage the Stewarding outsourced contract.
  12. Oversee and manage the Stewarding Inventory
  13. Collaborate closely with the Learning and Development team to coordinate training programs for the Stewarding department.
