- Provide administrative support to the Stewarding team.
- Collaborate with the Stewarding Manager and Chief Steward.
- Track and file documents systematically.
JOB OVERVIEW
- Provide administrative support to the Stewarding team, ensuring all tasks are completed on time.
- Collaborate closely with the Stewarding Manager and Chief Steward to uphold Ritz‑Carlton standards and establish operational benchmarks.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of hotel-related information, including correspondence, reports, and files.
- Monitor and manage the calendars of the Stewarding Manager and Chief Steward.
- Track, trace, and file documents systematically.
- Organize the workstation and consistently prioritize tasks to ensure daily objectives are met efficiently.
- Handle requisitions and track purchases, including CAPEX items.
- Process expense claims, including medical and optical reimbursements.
- Support Human Resources-related activities and documentation.
- Manage casual labour requisitions and approvals.
- Oversee and manage the Stewarding outsourced contract.
- Oversee and manage the Stewarding Inventory
- Collaborate closely with the Learning and Development team to coordinate training programs for the Stewarding department.
