Job summary

A leading education organization in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Curriculum Developer to design engaging STEAM lessons for children. Responsibilities include planning hands-on learning activities and reviewing curriculum. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of experience in curriculum design and a degree in relevant fields. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and creativity are essential. This role offers a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year experience in curriculum design work.
  • Familiar with MOE syllabus.
  • Prior experience in educational environment is an advantage.

Job description

At Terra Minds Education, we pride ourselves as a pioneer in providing quality and enriching Science, Technology, Engineering, Art & Math (STEAM) enrichment programmes to children aged 3 to 12. We are passionate in designing and conducting hands‑on learning experiences for client schools and various organisations.

We are looking for a dedicated and creative individual who enjoys the rigour of researching, planning and designing hands‑on lessons for children. The Curriculum Developer works with the Curriculum Head to plan, develop and write quality curriculum, including lesson materials and lesson plans.

Responsibilities
  • Design new lessons
  • Plan and develop activities for hands‑on learning (eg, experiments, coding scenarios)
  • Design worksheets
  • Source for suitable materials for lesson activities
  • Review and revise curriculum for existing and new programmes
  • Manage and plan for packing cycle of lesson packages for trainers
  • Take on teaching assignments
Required skills and qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year experience in curriculum design work
  • Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Applied Science, Engineering, Coding and related fields
  • Familiar with MOE syllabus
  • Prior experience in educational environment will be an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to use Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator will be an advantage
  • Creative, dynamic, innovative and open to feedback
  • Team player, with effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexible, able to manage change and willing to take on new challenges
  • Ability to multi‑task and handle several responsibilities simultaneously
Other information
  • Working days: Monday to Friday
  • Working hours: 9.30am to 6.30pm
