Job summary

A food service company in Singapore is looking for a Stall Supervisor to manage daily operations, supervise a team, and ensure food quality and safety standards. Responsibilities:
  • Operations & Team Supervision
    • Lead and manage stall operations during opening and closing.
    • Arrange staff schedule, assign duties, and supervise performance.
    • Ensure food quality, consistency, and service standards.
    • Handle customer complaints and provide service recovery.
  • Inventory & Ordering
    • Monitor stock levels of ingredients, packaging, and supplies.
    • Work with suppliers to coordinate orders and deliveries.
    • Prevent wastage and maintain stock rotation (FIFO).
  • Administrative & Cash Handling
    • Daily sales reporting and cash reconciliation.
    • Oversee POS system, voids, refunds, and cash flow.
    • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1–2 years of F&B experience, preferably in a food stall environment.
  • Able to lead a team and handle fast‑paced operations.
  • Strong communication skills in English and/or Mandarin.
