Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and efficient operations of the soup stall.
• Open and close the stall, including cleaning.
• Assist in daily preparation of soup bases and ingredients.
• Ensure prepared dishes meet standards for taste and presentation.
• Handle customer inquiries and oversee cash collection.
• Supervise stall assistants and monitor equipment condition.

Job description

• Responsible for day-to-day running of the soup stall to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Open and close the stall, including preparation and end-of-day cleaning.
• Directing and assisting in the daily preparation of all soup bases, ingredients, and accompanying items according to standard recipes.
• Ensuring every batch of soup and every prepared dish meets the established standards for taste, temperature, portion size, and presentation
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally. Oversee cash collection, POS system accuracy, and daily sales reconciliation
• Supervise stall assistants, including scheduling, task allocation, and performance. Monitor condition of equipment (soup warmers, stoves, fridges, etc.)
