Job Description

  • Prepare cost planning for respective departments.
  • Request quotations, issue Purchase Requisitions (PR) or Purchase Orders (PO), and monitor PO consumptions for vendors and subcontractors.
  • Collaborate with respective departments for billing automation setup, updates, debugging, and maintenance.
  • Verify billing invoices, handle billing disputes, and work with relevant parties.
  • Approve and submit invoices to Accounts Payable within agreed KPIs via multiple platforms (email, Ariba, etc.).
  • Follow the process from receiving freight billing invoices to vendors receiving payment.
  • Assist in preparing project proposals, timelines, and schedules.
  • Monitor and report project progress and address any issues.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as required.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial, Business Management, Logistics, or Finance.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Logistics or Freight Forwarder Management.
  • Transactional experience with SAP & Oracle.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proactive and meticulous.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Strong administrative and time management skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and work under tight deadlines.
