Job Summary:

You will be required to fulfill the roles and responsibilities of a Renal Nurse providing direct patient care in both the inpatient wards and outpatient clinic.

You will be required to assist the renal team that provides clinical services that includes, but not limited to the following: Haemodialysis (HD), Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) involving comprehensive training for patients and caregivers, inpatient and ambulatory renal procedures, interim PD and respite PD, renal dialysis counselling, advanced care planning and consultations.

Job Requirements:

• SNBRegistered Nurse
• SN with a minimal of 2 years of clinical experiences, preferably with a Nursing Degree
• Experience in Dialysis or related relevance experiences
• Highly motivated with an ability to work independently and a good team player
• Excellent communication skills and display confidence when handling challenging situations/individuals
• Demonstrate passion in educating patients and NOK
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other releated IT skills
