Responsibilities

• Based in General Ward
• Assist patients in their daily assisted living needs
• Medication serving (IV/ PO/ IM)
• Follow doctors’ round and taking reports of patients
• Work with healthcare professionals to provide the best multidisciplinary care to patients
• Ensure proper documentation of nursing notes
• Taking and passing of patient reports
• other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Nurse Manager

Requirements

• Registration with the Nursing Board
• Able to multitask and communicate well with patients
