Overview

Senior Staff Nurse – Location: Pasir Panjang. Working days: 5.5 days. Mon - Fri 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm; Sat/Sun 9am-1pm. Salary: $4300 - $5000. Qualifications: Diploma in nursing, SNB registered. With relevant years of experience in nursing home, geriatric or palliative care setting. Senior Staff Nurse with experience in leading a team.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessment.
• Coordinate patient care and provide quality nursing care for an assigned group of patients.
• Demonstrate competency in clinical nursing skills and knowledge
• Provide patient education for family members.
• Record and maintain proper accurate documentation of patient\'s progress.
• Assists doctors and attend to emergency calls whenever necessary.
• Perform appropriate interventions for effective patient\'s outcomes.
• Manage and monitor medical supplies, equipment and consumables inventory
• Practice safety and infection control precautionary measures
• Participate in patients\' rehabilitation, involving the patients\' family.
• Manage rendered in the notes, medication records and charts of patients.
• Participate in medical emergencies or crisis situations as appropriate.
