Location: Farrer Park

Working hours:

5.5-Day Work Week

Monday – Friday: 8.30am - 5.30pm

Saturday: 8.30am – 12.30pm

Sunday & PH: Off

Job Descriptions:

  • Adhere to the policies, procedures, standards protocols in the organisation
  • Providing service to patients and visitors proactively
  • Execute administrative functions encompassing the prompt registration and billing of patients via the Clinic Management System, the handling of telephone enquiries, and the coordination of appointments.
  • Assist Doctor in clinic with examination of patients
  • Perform vital signs, electrocardiogram, venipuncture and executing necessary clinical tasks.
  • Operate and care for medical and IT equipment according to established procedures.
  • Manages clinic supply inventory through regular stock checks.
  • Maintain proper infection control standards
  • Management of patients’ records in accordance with Personal Data Protection Act
  • Maintain effective communication with patients and team members to ensure that patient’s needs are met
  • Fulfill any additional administrative responsibilities delegated by the Doctor and Manager.
  • Practices within own level of competence to promote safety of self and patients in accordance with SNB code of practice and core competencies

Requirements:

  • Only Singaporeans and Permanent Residents
  • Registered with Singapore Nursing Board
  • Valid BCLS
  • Valid phlebotomy certificate
  • Possess NITEC, Diploma and/or a recognised Bachelor Degree in Nursing
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills, with positive work and problem-solving attitude as well as a strong commitment towards service excellence
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with patients professionally
  • Ability to prioritize and exceed expectations
  • Ability to work in a team
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in the acute hospital and clinic would be an added advantage
