Job description

You need to demonstrate high standard of patient care by performing clinical nursing procedures that meet the patients' immediate physical and emotional needs at outpatient care settings.

Job Descriptions

• Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates clinical care for patients under his/her care.
• Performs clinic generic nursing duties like phlebotomy, injections and assisting in clinic procedures.
• Conducts pre and post procedure information and admission advice for patients and their caregivers.
• Collaborates with the physicians and other Allied Health Professionals, for a smooth delivery of patient care.
• Engage in nurse counselling, monitoring and patient education on chronic disease management and health promotion.
• Any other duties as delegated by the department reporting officer.

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Nursing or equivalent with at least 2 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Registered with Singapore Nursing Board.
• Self – motivated and able to work well in a team.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications.
• Able to work in a dynamic environment as well as being flexible and open to changes.
