Job Descriptions

• Assists Quality Manager to monitor, evaluate all clinical indicators of all clinics. Assist the Clinic Managers to ensure all clinical risks are assessed and monitored.
• Assists Clinic Managers to review the root cause analysis of clinical incidents addressed and monitors the effectiveness of the proposed action plans to mitigate future risks.
• Adheres to the nursing guidelines in preventing potential clinical complications and maintains a safe working environment.
• Maintains and adheres to the hospital policies and procedures according to IQEHS requirements.
• Assists in the quality management audit and activities.
• Any other duties as delegated by the department reporting officer.

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Nursing or equivalent with at least 2 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Registered with Singapore Nursing Board.
