Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Nursing or equivalent with at least 2 years of clinical nursing experience.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications.
• Able to work in a dynamic environment as well as being flexible and open to changes.

Responsibilities

• Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates clinical care for patients under his/her care.
• Provide safe and competent care to the patients who are with medical conditions.
• Performs clinic generic nursing duties like administer medication, blood taking and assisting in clinic procedures. Collaborates with the physicians and other allied health professionals, for a smooth delivery of patient care.
• Engage in nurse counselling, monitoring and patient education on disease management and health promotion.
• Any other duties as delegated by the department reporting officer.
