A leading healthcare provider in Singapore seeks a Staff Nurse to deliver nursing care in a nursing home setting. Responsibilities include supervising junior nurses, ensuring continuity of care, and collaborating with healthcare teams. The ideal candidate will hold a Diploma or Degree in Nursing, a valid practicing certificate, and ideally have 2-3 years of experience in a nursing home or geriatric ward. This position involves working shifts including weekends and public holidays.

The Staff Nurse plays a central role in providing nursing care to residents in the nursing home. You will be responsible for supervision, training and development of subordinates and actively participate in quality improvement efforts. Other duties includes preparation and assisting in clinical task, documentation, records co-ordination and updates on changes in residents' conditions and needs.
