Overview
Responsibilities
  • Delivering proactive front-line service to patients and visitors.
  • Handling reception duties, including patient registration, answering phone and email inquiries, and scheduling appointments and surgeries.
  • Managing billing and cashier responsibilities.
  • Assisting doctors during physical exams by chaperoning patients and providing support.
  • Monitoring and managing clinic stock inventory.
  • Supporting doctors in assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients.
  • Aiding in the collection of samples and maintaining accurate medical records, including patient histories and symptoms.
  • Educating patients on effective management of their condition at home.
  • Monitoring patients\' vital signs and administering medications as required.
  • Assisting doctors with minor procedures.
  • Preparing patients for surgery and facilitating their admission process.
  • Interacting with patients to gather health information for diagnosis, and documenting symptoms and medical histories for the doctor.
  • Assessing patients\' needs and delivering initial care.
  • Recognizing changes in patients\' symptoms and providing timely interventions in emergency situations.
Qualifications
  • Minimum NITEC or Diploma Holders, Degree Holders
  • Valid phlebotomy certificate (If any)
  • Registered with Singapore Nursing Board (Valid SNB)
  • Able to work in a team with doctors, managers, finance department and other employees of the company
  • Able to be rotated amongst the clinics owned by the company
  • Relevant work experience in healthcare industry would be an added advantage.
  • Good interpersonal skills with a graceful personality.
  • Strong Microsoft Office and Internet Skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise
