Job Responsibilities
- Provide personalised, and cost‑effective care to the residents in the nursing home in accordance to established policies and procedures, standards of nursing care, and practices.
- Provide a holistic, multifaceted and person‑centred approach to plan and execute care to meet resident’s nursing needs.
- Be able to harness the team’s cooperation and inspire them to deliver effective, safe, and coordinated care to all.
- Reach out proactively to residents and their families regarding discharge; plan, train, and coordinate a smooth transition from a nursing home to a home for them.
- Report to Nurse Manager/Head of Nursing.
Job Requirements
- Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Nursing.
- State Registered Nurse license required.
- Valid Practising License with Singapore Nursing Board.
- At least 2 years of working experience in an acute / community hospital or nursing home.
- Possess interpersonal skills and a passion for working with the elderly.
