Job description

Our client is seeking dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurses to join their team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform patient assessments and apply appropriate nursing interventions to achieve effective care outcomes.
  • Demonstrate competency in clinical skills, provide patient education, and support rehabilitation plans involving family members where necessary.
  • Assist resident physicians during rounds, treatments, procedures, and patient examinations.
  • Collaborate with doctors, allied health professionals, and colleagues to deliver holistic and coordinated patient care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and uphold nursing standards in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Participate in continuous improvement and quality assurance activities.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by Nurse Managers or Nurse Clinicians.
Requirements
  • Graduate from a nursing school recognized by the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) with a Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Nursing.
  • Alternatively, possess a Bachelors Degree in Nursing from an overseas institution.
  • Registered (full or conditional) with the Singapore Nursing Board.
  • Hold a valid annual nursing practice license.
  • Certified BCLS & AED provider.
  • Willing to work rotating shifts of up to 12 hours, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
