What you will do

• Lead the overall planning and architecture design from the front-end foundational technology stack to core product capabilities, driving the high-quality implementation of technical solutions and continuously enhancing the platform’s technical competitiveness and user experience.
• Drive the continuous evolution of front-end foundational frameworks and engineering capabilities, applying new technologies and ideas in real business scenarios to improve system performance, stability, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, backend, and algorithm teams to make sound technical decisions amid complex business requirements and uncertainty, and ensure efficient execution and delivery of solutions.

Skills, qualifications and experience we look for

• Solid front-end engineering foundation, familiar with Web/H5 application development, and able to use mainstream frameworks such as Vue/React to build high-performance Web applications.
• Has some experience in server-side development, is familiar with Node.js or other backend languages (such as Java / Python / Go), and understands front-end and back-end collaboration and overall system design.
• Highly sensitive to User Experience and product performance, with good capabilities in browser and mobile interaction implementation and optimization.
• Possesses strong technical judgment and problem decomposition abilities, and is capable of advancing the resolution of key technical issues in complex scenarios.
• Has good communication and collaboration skills, strong self-motivation, and is able to continuously drive things forward in uncertainty.
