Job description

- Staff Engineer, Manufacturing Test

Responsibilities

• Control & manage resources to maximize test equipment uptime capacity for production requirements.
• Modify, install & improve test systems and test procedures.
• Control cost & forecast budget / expenditure.
• Maintain documentation system.
• Participate in employee involvement team.
• Conduct regular PM on test equipment.
• Provide training to Test Engineering Assistant / Technician.
• Perform special projects.
• Resolve all test hardware & software issues to meet zero TPF.
• Develop & drive action of the test TTT for all products.
• Modify test software to enhance test method and supervise the work of cognizant technical personnel required to carry out assignments.

Qualifications

• Degree Holders in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical and Electronic Engineering/Production Engineering/Chemical Engineering
• Minimum of 15 years of working experience, with 12 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing testing environment and at least 3 years in managerial/supervisory role if keen on managerial role.
