You will conduct synthesis, characterization, and optimization of advanced materials, while producing technical reports and contributing to cross-functional teams in engineering and product development.

Qualifications

• Master or PhD in Chemistry with 3+ years in a technical role.
• Strong background in synthesis and characterization of organic/ fluorocarbon materials.
• Publications and patents demonstrate research excellence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out synthesis of lubricant, optimize reaction conditions, and purify end-products.
• Prepare technical reports, presentations, and publications to communicate findings.
• Support routine lab operations, equipment maintenance, safety and housekeeping.
• Operate independently on most assignments with minimal supervision.
