Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years of experience in mechanical systems within the semiconductor industry.
• Proven experience in construction design development and engineering for mechanical systems.
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee regional green-field projects with alignment to global standards.
• Provide engineering support for site projects and technology transfer initiatives.
• Review capacity expansions and sustainability capex proposals.
• Lead regional reliability improvement and equipment upgrade efforts.
• Align metrics reporting and supervise cross-functional teams across sites.
