In Front End, we are expanding the labor productivity and data engineering team to drive transformation in labor workflow.We will drive measurable outcomes in labor productivity and annualized hour savings, specifically by enabling a new process-mining capability through setting up Digital Footprint.We will work with various collaborators including business or functional owners, system owners, end-users, IT and SMAI to provide insights of the process flow as recorded digitally.

Together with relevant collaborators, you will then use the insights from Digital Footprints and other labor information to co-create workflow transformations that scale with speed. We will regularly question every requirement,deleteeverypossible stepin a process, simplify andoptimizeprocesses rigorously, accelerate cycletimeand automate last. These approaches will enable sustainable reductions in labor hours, enhance labor efficiency, shorten cycle times, and improve overall operating cadence. Responsibilities

Data Engineering

• Drive First-Of-A-Kind process mining capability through setting up Digital Footprint, capturing all intended and unintended process flow digitally, across more than 10 functional teams in Front End globally. Scalewithspeed.

• Design and formulate data visualization that easily translate into actionable insights. Visualize simply.

• Together with business owners, system owners, and decision makers, regularlyquestionsevery requirement,deleteevery possiblesteps, simplify andoptimizeprocess flow rigorously. Be a change agent.

• Drive Artificial Intelligence-based solutions tooptimizethe digital footprint that translate to labor hours savings and efficiency uplift that scale with speed. Make an impact.

• Lead standardization of digital processes across sites to enable scalable and repeatable execution aligned with enterprise goals. Ensure sustainable change.

• Drive year over year improvement in Front-End labor productivity Move/ Headcount (VAM/HC) in support of the AI transformation. Positively improvebottomline.

• Integrate labor initiatives across AI, automation, robotics, DREAM team, and innovation programs into a cohesive executionplanas necessary. Track,validate, and report productivity benefits including labor hour reduction, VAM/HC, and annualized savings in partnership with Site’s Labor Champions & Finance team. Roll-up comprehensive labor improvement status.

Data Driven Insights and Reporting

• Develop critical metric dashboards and management reporting to provide clarity into progress, adoption, and realized benefits.

• Translate data into actionable insights to support fact-based prioritization and decision making.

• Support workload forecasting, productivity baselining, and scenario modeling by coordinating requirements and validating outputs with collaborators.

Front End Network Productivity and Enablement

• Monitor labor performance metrics,identifygaps, benchmark standard processes, and support performance recovery actions when needed.

• Enable cross site collaboration to scale successful solutions and strengthen network impact.

• Guide network teams toidentifyand prioritize productivity opportunities using Digital Footprint and Agile Workload Management System (AWMS) data and any relevant data to convert effort into measurable time savings.

• Support development and execution of functional AI roadmaps across Front-End organizations withfocuson reuse and scalability.

• Drive structuredusecase intake, value assessment, feasibility review, and deployment planning to ensure sustainable adoption.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Business, ora relatedfield, or equivalent experience.

• Demonstrated ability in semiconductor processes and systems.

• Graduates with strong analytical skills, business insight, leadershipskilland working knowledge of GenAI concepts and delivery, may apply.

• Strong program management skills (portfolio planning, governance,benefitsrealization, dependency management, guiding transitions).

• Experience solving business problems and improving outcomes, including but not limited to acting as theliaisonbusiness and technical teams.

• Experience leading various collaborators, process owners, IT teams, and end users towardsvalidatedpractical solutions that translate to business impact.

• Experience leading programs/projects withdemonstratedoutcomes in productivity, operational efficiency, or workforce/labor optimization.

• Working knowledge of GenAI concepts and delivery (use-case framing, prompt/workflow design basics, evaluation of value and risk, adoption metrics).

• Experience delivering automation and low-code solutions (e.g., Power Automate, Copilot Studio, UiPath, SQL or similar), including requirements-to-deployment lifecycle.

• Strong analytical capability (critical metrics, dashboards, baseline/benefits tracking); able to translate data into decisions and execution plans.

• Good communicationand collaborator management skills across site, central, and executive audiences.

• Proficiencywith Microsoft 365 (Excel/presentation software/Teams) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
